I was looking at purchasing a mountain bike and willing to spend a few thousand, the guy working there (older bloke greyish hair) was not interested in giving any info on the bikes it seemed like he didn't care if he got the sale or not. I'm not giving these guys my hard earned $3k. I walked out and bought a mtb from another store who were more than happy to help. Easy. Rapido if you're reading this - lift your game, you won't last in this competitive market if you continue
